I had forgotten about this.

I submitted my 90 day report on the 25th October 2022 by internet and a computer generated form reference: TM47-46-************** was created by the TM47 people and submitted.

I just checked today and the application is 'pending'.

Never had a problem before, but I presume something is wrong as still 'pending'.

What to do?

When was your report due? You need to do in person know. You can do it up to 7 days after the report date without being fined 2000 baht.

Hard to say why it is still pending unless your office did not process it.

I had the same did the 90 day online (well within the allowed) days and kept saying pending, so after the 90 day report was due, I just canceled it and went to IO.

I am in Buriram

Thanks, it was due on the 5th November 2022 and they previously sent me an email that I could now do my report, so I did it on the 25th October.

So you have to go today to be within the 7 days. Tmrw is Saturday.

Are there documented cases of people fined when they have submitted online on time, only to be stuck in "pending-hell"?

I know from bitter experience that they are not flexible with fines, but surely a proof that the documents were submitted on time should cause the fine to be waived...

Just getting ready now for the 180 km round trip.

That's the way it is.

Great their newest, newer, new on-line system is working so well.

Wow 180km.

that is a waste of petrol, a couple of years ago when Buriram hadn’t it’s own IO, it was also a 120km round trip, now it’s only 70 but we combine it with shopping.

edit: take a screenshot with you plus print out the pdf just in case

Never managed to do mine online until the new system came into being.....always got 'pending', but nothing ever happened and, like you, had a three hour round trip to make every time.

Anyway, I thought a (few) phone calls may do it.

 They are short of staff.

All approved.

In the end did you go or...... ?

The Tm47......pdf is AFAIK just the form you receive after you have applied for the 90 Day report. If you login and check status if you click download (on the left) it downloads that same form the IO has approve it but for you and me it just kept saying pending.

Edit: that Tm47.................... pdf is also an attachment to the email you should have received after you applied for the 90 day report. The subject title for the email (for my application) was:

[TM.47] (PASSPORT NO : <passport number>) FORM FOR ALIEN TO NOTIFY OF STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS RECEIVED

I called Immigration today about mine pending since the 2nd of November.

The lady told me they are aware of it, and it only happens with some applications, she said I can cancel it and try again or go to my local Imm office.

I went there today and I told them about it, and I received the email saying my application was approved a few minutes later.

The staff gave me an updated form and put it in my passport. All went okay.

If you don't get approval after 3-4 days I'd cancel it and try again. I only had 2 days left of the 7 day grace period to report so thought it best to go directly to the office.
