Do you mean the traffic lights just before the turn-off to the left for the immigration office? There are a few sets of lights in Maptaput!

 

from rayong  going to ban chang on hwy 3  see big green overhead road signs one displays "saithong beach"  between those overhead signs and the upcoming traffic light intersection of sukumvit 3   look for shop on your left  has mattresses for children and  those triangle pillows on display you can see it on google maps
