A friend of mine who lived here in Bangkok some 20 years ago asked if I could find any information on a shop where he once bought brass statues. The shop is gone - he isn't sure when but he would like to contact the old owner. It seems a shot in the dark but I thought I would see if anyone here knew anything.

 

The name of the shop is Sue's Collection Co. It used to be located at 6 Surawongse Road near Jim Thompson's house. 

The name of the owner was Mariesa Kietissuranant.

 

Any info would be appreciated. Thx.

That would be Jim Thompson's shop not house. The house is off Rama I road opposite the National stadium and down a soi.

    Thanks, I would have gone to the wrong location. Check to see what is there now. Maybe they will know.
