Should the Name in tabien baan be the same as name stated on landpaper?

Should the name in tabien baan state/match with who is the owner of the land (no chanot) the house is built on, or can the landpaper be in another persons name?

I believe the Tabien ban has nothing to do with who owns the house/land.

It states who lives there,if you rent a house your name can be in the blue

book.

Only for Thai people,for foreigners there is the yellow book.

Yes, it will be an advantage dealing with administration if the name on the land is same as in the blue book.
