But I don’t know many just coming for that. It may be an add on to their holiday but I guess it is what it is. Let's be honest, everywhere appears to be cheaper than the USA for medical treatment 2 1 2

Popular Post Xonax Posted December 15, 2022 Popular Post Posted December 15, 2022 Any price that is more expensive than what Thais are paying is NOT reasonable rates!!! Any who thinks that double pricing in national parks is a problem, should check the double pricing in Thailand's hospitals. 1 2

Twice the price of a hospital in India I do not believe that Thailand is a very competitive destination for medical tourism. That's more than 20000 euro For this price, you can get it in Western Europe 2
still kicking Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 So what about the young Australian girl who went to Bali for dental surgery or whatever, she died a few days after that I know it is not Thailand but be careful

Even at the expensive BPH a full knee replacement is now 250,000 baht (promotion).
JimmyJ Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 Vietnam has low cost quality private hospitals in.its largest cities. Blood testing was about 15 - 60% cheaper than what I'd been quoted in Thailand. Endoscopy/Colonoscopy combined was about $250 USD. I'm surprised this is not heavily promoted.

nausea Posted December 16, 2022 Posted December 16, 2022 Thailand is pricing itself out of the market, used to be very competitive, too much greed. Personally, I'm very wary of using the private sector here nowadays. A decade ago didn't even think about it, so cheap.
