Daily News Thai Caption: Suspicious!

Daily News reported on the latest developments in the case of a ten year old Cambodian girl who was attacked by a motorcycle taxi rider in Nonthaburi.

An employer says that there is evidence the little girl was raped but the police have only charged the suspect with sexual molestation.

She has grave suspicions about this and police handling of the case.

She specifically claims that the police have repeatedly broken protocols that say social services should be present when interviewing children.

"Ann", 38, a car care center owner went to the media for help after a Cambodian employee, "C", said that her daughter, aged 10, was sexually attacked by a "win" rider.

This man - Singh, 53, - had been hired to pick the girl up from school.

But between May and July of last year he took her to waste ground in a soi in Sala Klang Nonthaburi where he attacked her.

Six months after the attacks Singh was finally arrested and will appear in court charged with molestation.

A hospital report stated that while the victim's hymen was still intact semen had been found inside her.

They believed she had been raped.

Ann said that every time B was interviewed by Plai Bang police the questioning was harsh and upsetting and there was no representative from social services present.

B would go home and suffer extreme anxiety. On this latest occasion - with Ann, B and C all at the police station -  it was the same story.

Afterwards the little girl was talking to herself in a pitiable attempt to come to terms with what happened to her.

A social worker told Ann that what the police did was not correct and that social services must be present each time.

She has been advised that B needs help from professionals about her anxiety.

On this occasion the police told B that the interview was a "rehearsal" though what they meant was unclear.

Reporters were stonewalled by investigating officer Pol Lt-Col Nirut Chorphaka who merely stated that the suspect would appear in court and the case was now being handled by the courts.

The hospital has what they believe is evidence she was raped. The police say she wasn't. Now, who should we believe?

Semen found inside her and she wasn't raped? Are the police saying it was concensual?

"A hospital report stated that while the victim's hymen was still intact semen had been found inside her." There would be a joke about the size of his ***** but the story is too sad already....hopefully she felt no physical pain....

Oh gee really you have no choice you would believe Thai police first ???? " Rather than semen inside poor little girl " ! If latest laws are death penalty to child molesters according to publication here last week ???? ! And discovered via medical examination obviously is proof something happened  mr Singh might have bit of explaining to do or say so may the police ????

AFAIK, penetrative sex with a minor = statutory rape. But TIT. Minors can't legally give their consent. End of.

This poor kid sounds like she's completely traumatised. PTSD. I would say the police are implicated by their idiot handling of the case.

All they have to do is a DNA check to see if it's a match.
