Thanks johng. I am a frequent visitor, but not full time yet. I do have a trip planned for October and will be staying there for a few weeks in an Airbnb to try and gauge what it is like. Obviously that will be just a small snapshot of what it is like in low season, but given my current circumstances I don't have the option of renting for a few months. I am just looking to get as much information from all sources to allow for good decisions to be made. Cheers. -

Regarding the Toyota Bz4x coming back to Thailand the last time any were sold/registered in Thailand was Jan 2024 when Toyota offloaded the final 66 in country to some buyer or used some accounting smoke-and-mirrors to get them off their inventory books in Thailand since they simply were not selling and there was a good amount of negative news on the Bz4x around that time.
