Police Lieutenant General Shot Dead By Wife

THE Thai police was in a state of shock after the wife of a police lieutenant general shot him dead during an argument at their house in Bangkok’s Thawi Watthana district at 3 p.m. today (Feb. 19), TV Channel 7 said.

 

A police team from Thammasala station together with officers from the Forensic Science Division and a forensic pathologist from Siriraj Hospital went to the house of Pol. Lt. Gen. Panya Pinsuk, 59, a commander at the Office of the National Police Commissioner, in Soi Boromarajonani 70, where they found him shot twice in the chest.

 

He was killed on the second floor of his house where two pistols were found nearby. One is a 9mm handgun still in its holster while the other is a 38mm revolver.
