Consecutive non-O multi entry visas (based on Thai spouse and child)

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Hopefully a simple one - Is it possible to get consecutive non-O multi entry visas? I realise this would involve leaving Thailand and applying at an embassy abroad.

If it is possible - is there any known limit to the number of consecutive non-O multis?

Thanks in advance,

sirponce

I had 12 consecutive Non-O ME visas, not all on the same PP but yes, no limit, no questions ever asked.

I used continuous multiple entry Non O visas from 1995 till 2021, but flip flopping my passports. Never any questions.

Up until Covid I did back to back Non-O Multis for 13 years. The Penang Consulate sometimes asked why I didn't do a 1 year extension, but were happy with my explanation that with frequent travel for work the Multi O was simply easier. Covid made me switch to 1 year extensions, which is fine as I'm travelling less often to visit project sites. I doubt you'll have any problems.

I know this, it was just that I worked constantly overseas and would get the non O in my second passport ready for Thailand when required.

Thanks to all who have replied!

Very reassuring. I will almost certainly go down the marriage visa route in the next few months but it is good to know I have this additional option.

Cheers
