Many stories online about the rich killing the poor, nothing happens.  The person still alive (rich) has the ONLY story with some compensation for a speedy trial.   He's a pillar of the community, and parents will say, "Great person!!!"  The homeless man?  Well, usually not good connotations; however, I'm sure there are tons of levels of homelessness.  Maybe used to be rich, education, down on his luck recently?  or maybe homeless forever and in-and-out of jail....

Because pedestrians are regarded with disdain, particularly it seems by Bangkok drivers. Had experience of it yesterday......

A nightmare weekend  with crazy traffic and not a single cop on duty to help at congested junctions.
