Sanook Thai Caption: don't forget to lock your doors when driving

Sanook reported that police in Muang district of Buriram, north eastern Thailand, were called after reports that a shirtless man in jeans wearing flip-flops was trying to open car doors of officials and members of the public in the municipal offices parking lot.

A motorcycle patrol found the man wandering about and asked him what he was doing.

He muttered something incoherently about trying to find his car as he needed to get to a wedding.

The cops saw this as nonsense but seeing as no damage had been done and no one was hurt they let him go after taking his details. He was called Uthai and hailed from Sa Kaeo.

However, he then walked out of the lot and tried to get into a car driven by a woman who was parked waiting at the lights.

They took Uthai into custody and called his relatives. They wanted to know if he was just drunk or had some other mental health issues before proceeding with the case.

Take a blood sample, and pee in a bottle is a good start.

If he passes those he's nuts.
