OUTSPOKEN GOVERNMENT CRITIC Chuwit Kamolvisit filed a petition to the Election Commission in pursuit of dissolution of the Bhumjaithai Party for allegedly accepting donations of laundered money.

 

Chuwit called on the polling agency to forward his petition over to the Constitutional Court for prompt consideration and a subsequent ruling over allegations that the Bhumjaithai had accepted separate sums of laundered money given as donations from a person, identified as Supawat Kasemsut, who, he said, had practically performed as a business nominee for Bhumjaithai secretary-general-cum-Transport Minister Saksayam Chidchob, brother of de facto party boss Newin Chidchob.

 

Saksayam who has been earlier ordered by court to stop performing as transport minister pending a court ruling over allegations that he had used legal loopholes in transferring his shares in Buri Charoen Construction Ltd. Part. to Supawat and had managed to land the construction firm 100-plus projects of the Ministry of Transport combinedly worth some 1.5 billion baht.

Having many 'entertainment' venues frequented by the elite in the past he has inside info on too many people to be disappeared.

Couldn't happen to a shadier party than this one run by Anutin....

Deepest swamp of corruption. It is obvious how some ministers enrich themselves through out triangular

participation-holdings in state tenders. 

This is simply stealing taxpayers money and unfortunately there is no institution in Thailand that effectively prevents this and put these thieves in jail where they actually belong.

When you lived in the world, you get knowledge.  I am sure that there are people he is protecting that are aware if anything happens to him files video and other stuff implicating them will appear.
