90 days online rejected

Featured Replies

Hi, my 90 days online application has been rejected , they write this : " You have appointment on 05/06/2023 not now."

I don't understand why.

I enter Thailand on 01/01/2023, with a 90 days non-O visa, so my 90 days due date is normally 31/03/2023.

I get one year retirement extension on 08/03/2023.

Is the retirement extension clear the 90 days count ? because 08/03/2030 + 90 days = 05/06/2023.

Thanks

The first extension and only the first restarts the 90 day clock.

But let's check with @ubonjoe .

Correct, same to me after border run and new Non O.

And the OP answers his own question about the next due date (June 5th).

So you can try to report from 22nd May on (two weeks ahead).

Correct.

However some immigration offices do a 90 report at same time as extensions.

They should not as report has nothing to do with extensions.
