I do agree that people can give their opinion on his behaviour

Thank you.

In my opinion, I guess the potential crime (there are probably more) would be Human Trafficking.

CITIZEN'S GUIDE TO U.S. FEDERAL LAW ON CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING
18 U.S.C § 1591- Sex trafficking of children or by force, fraud, or coercion

Child Sex Trafficking is prohibited by 18 U.S.C. § 1591. This statute makes it a federal offense to knowingly recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, or maintain a minor (defined as someone under 18 years of age) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that the victim is a minor and would be caused to engage in a commercial sex act. “Commercial sex act” is defined very broadly to include “any sex act, on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person.” In other words, it is illegal both to offer and to obtain a child, and cause that child to engage in any kind of sexual activity in exchange for anything of value, whether it be money, goods, personal benefit, in-kind favors, or some other kind of benefit. Section 1591 also makes it a crime for individuals to participate in a business venture that obtains minors and causes them to engage in commercial sex acts.

Section 1591 is called “Sex trafficking of children or by force, fraud, or coercion.” Most people think of “trafficking” as involving movement across state or international borders. However, Section 1591 does not require proof that either the defendant or victim crossed state or international lines.

When the victim is a minor, Section 1591 does not require proof that the defendant used force, threats of force, fraud, or coercion, or any combination of those means, to cause the minor to engage in a commercial sex act.

MTG Calls for FBI Investigation Into Ali Alexander Allegations

‘THIS IS DISGUSTING’

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is calling for an FBI probe into Trump ally and Jan. 6 rally organizer Ali Alexander, who apologized Friday after being accused of asking teenage boys for sexual pictures, a story first reported by The Daily Beast. She also called out white nationalist Nick Fuentes—who she has appeared at events with in the past—alleging that he knew about Alexander’s illicit proclivities but did nothing to stop the predatory behavior. Critics of Fuentes, including Milo Yiannopoulos, also allege he ignored claims that Alexander was even requesting pictures from within Fuentes’ own organization.

Are the alleged crimes serious?

Is there evidence of the crimes having been committed?

If the answer to those two questions is yes and yes, then on what basis do you claim the charges are ‘Trumped up to get political opponents silenced’

Not taking allegations of sexual misconduct by an adult towards minors, and in the face of an open confession by the perp, seriously needs some explanation.

It’s certainly not a position anyone I choose to associate with would ever take.

‘Stop the Steal’ Organizer Ali Alexander Suspended From Twitter After Bombshell Accusations of Soliciting Teens for Nudes

Twitter shut down Ali Alexander’s account amid shocking allegations that the Trump rally organizer asked teens to give him naked pictures of themselves.

Alexander was located with the @Ali Twitter handle, which now leads to a completely blank page confirming his suspension.

Alexander’s social media scrubbing follows his recent admission that he sent “inappropriate messages,” all while insisting that “Nothing unlawful has occurred.” He also spoke of how he has been “battling with same-sex attraction” despite being a self-identified bisexual in the past.

I guess Mr. Alexander is in some kind of beef with Nick Fuentes and Milo Yiannopoulos over their roles in the failed Kanye West for President "campaign"

And yes he does look a bit like Sammy Davis Jr.
