I don't know the cost of this Maximum clinic I imagine in the 60k range , couldn't you just go to a doctor in Pattaya or Bangkok get your test blood levels checked and buy it over the counter yourself?

No affiliation other than a customer. Pricing seems controversial. Was not pressured to sign up for a package - I had the blood tests done and two consultations with Tim Lopez..

But at the same time instead of paying the $392 they want for a blood test couldn't you go to a blood test clinic ?

Going by this forum and I don't know it seems that testereone injections are over the counter and no prescription required in Thailand,is that correct?

They wanted I think Bt8,000 (now Bt 9,000) including a 1 hour consultation for a full blood panel. I priced it and it seemed in line with private medicine prices.

 

Testosterone can be legally bought over the counter without a prescription.

I know I need 125ml per week at 62yo

However I'm scared of needles ,so perhaps someone would know where I could get the injection done ?

Also I do prefer to see a GP before administratiing this I'm told there are a few good ones in Bangkok and Pattaya

I do my bloodwork at those two clinics mentioned twice a year now, and my T I buy from pharmacy, and do bloodwork a few times a year at a lab or nore frequently if nessery. Bloodwork at the clinics is about the same, and specialist about 1200,

30 imperial units every other day and 1 vial of Testoviron Depot every 4 weeks
I get my blood panels at Bria Labs in Lad Phrao - good price and next day results

Where do you get your hcg from, and how is your respond to the hcg, and why did you start ? Did your nuts shrink, and if so, have they improved? 

 

As said 3 specialists advised me not to start using it after my nuts shrinked after use of nebido. I was not to concerned about it for a long time, but now kind of missing my normal sized nuts and sperm production. Libido very good, but still,

Mesterolone (Proviron) and Andractim Gel increase DHT rather than testosterone. If I understand right they are more for enchancing sex-drive than for building muscle mass, and they don't require also taking an aromatase inhibitor like testosterone does. I have no idea whether they are equal to the hype. They'd be the ones I'd try out if and when I did take the plunge into TRT.

A friend in Australia went to one of these TRT clinics they gave him testereone injections BUT also gave him medication for breast cancer that blocks estrogen ,however his GP advised him not to take the estrogen blockers !

 

Please advise guys should you take these estrogen blocker medicine with TRT or not ???

It depends on each individuals level of conversion of injected Testosterone to Estrogen. At one extreme you get gynecomastia, at the other extreme you might be at risk of osteoporosis and many things in between.

You do not need estrogen blockers if dosed correctly, and it is normal that increase of T, estrogen will follow propotoional to your T. Thats why it is necessery to make sure your clinic know what they are doing and see the whole picture of whats going on, not each and one blood test, but the whole panel of necessery bloodwork done by time. In the first years you test every 3 month to follow closely how your treatment working for you.

 

For every additional medication you add, you change something that your body will adjust by itself by time. I know my spelling and wording is out of way, but hope you understand.

 

Bodybuilders adding a cycle to their additional trt involving higher doses and more medication for side effects, but if you use trt how it should be done, no other medication is needed in the beginning.

HCG from a small pharmacy near Sukhumvit soi 4 in BKK.

1,000 THB for 5000 IU

 

Nuts didn't shrink much because I started HCG. No idea how far the atrophy would have gone.

Unfortunately still a bad lower back , with slight angle, couldn't be bothered with a MRI 

The Testereone may give me more strength and energy 

Actually bad backs osteo are caused by low test if you google it

I had a bad lower back 40 years ago.  Chiropractor diagnosed short hamstrings and prescribed stretches and exercise which seem to have worked.  Over last 30 years I have also taken TRT (patches and gell) which have increased vitality considerably.  I Also take tadalafil (5mg daily).  But no HCG (yet).  I think the tadalafil counters daily 5mg of finasteride which produces hair at the expense of libido.  I also take tamsulosin (4mg daily) which eases prostate but reduces or reverses ejaculation.  A walking pharmacy.  But still satisfying my 40yr-younger half at 82.

When using Gel you do not need HCG. To small doses to have any significant impact on your balls size if not shrinked already because of low T. The science behind HCG is not clear, and not many TRT specialists give HCG unless they still have plans for making kids. I would love to see updated science proving what Im told wrong.

We do alot of things that nature hasn't prepared us for very well.  If we were meant to fly we would be born with wings.  Blokes with obvious hair dye just haven't done it very well.  Women with dyed hair don't sadden you.  Most of the time you don't even know it's died.  And it doen't seem to sadden the guy who does it. Or the girl on his arm.  Just tell my GF you think I should let it go.  She'll think you want to sadden two peole.
