BANGKOK, April 24 (TNA) – The government warns residents in the North, the Northeast, the East and the central region to beware of danger from summer storms.

 

Yesterday, many provinces experienced thunderstorms, gusty winds and hailstorms.

 

Deputy government spokesman Trisulee Trisaranakul said the Meteorological Department issued a summer storm warning during April 23 – 26.

Lot of thunder and lightning yesterday , about 20 mins of light rain,

and electric off for 1.5 hours , this happens everytime it rains or the

wind blows, been like this for years now ,and they are talking about

doing space stuff , just wish they would get the easy things fixed first.

We also have frequent power cuts, while across the road they don't. We now have a brother-in-law working alongside the elected politician for the area, so I asked my wife to get him to ask the authorities why this happens (for at least the 10 years I've been here) and what they are doing about it. She won't even ask him to ask. Thailand - Hub of Apathy. Which is why the country is so backward in so many ways.
