Storms Ravage Upper Thailand

Summer storms have damaged many areas in the upper parts of Thailand while the Thai Meteorological Department (TMD) has continued a storm warning through Wednesday (April 26th).

 

The Kanchanaburi Public Relations Department told TPN media that on Tuesday (April 25th) a 15-year-old has sustained injuries after a pavilion collapsed while he was hiding from the rain in Sangkhla Buri, Kanchanaburi. More than 100 families are suffering from house damage.

 

In Samut Prakan, at least 20 cars were damaged after a tent in a parking area collapsed in Racha Thewa.

All those flimsy structures should be sorted out now before the storm season starts.
