Note: Updated on 12/22/22 at 2:15pm EST. Changes are in bold. DEC. 22, 2022 – After a historically low rate of change between 2020 and 2021, the U.S. resident population increased by 0.4%, or 1,256,003, to 333,287,557 in 2022, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Vintage 2022 national and state population estimates and components of change released today. Would you like to even guess how many of the 333,287,557 US population you would think are the most that agree with you thoughts? bear in mind it would need to be more than 170 million people. You know what I wonder about? Probably not, but I'll tell you anyway. I wonder why this thread was started in the first place given that it's based on Shaun Hannity of Fox "News" criticizing the so-called MSM for going easy on President Biden. Now why does that make me wonder you might ask? Firstly, the astounding hypocrisy of Hannity criticizing anyone's journalistic standards. I mean, this guy gave new meaning to the term "soft interview" during trump's term in office. It was next level lame and embarrassing to watch him fawn and grovel during those "interviews". Secondly, this is from Fox "News", the "news" organization that has just been ordered to pay hundreds of millions of dollars because they knowingly lied to their viewers. And these guys are lecturing others about journalistic standards??? So, this is why I wonder. To get the result that you want in a poll you need the answer before you start. Then you choose the questions and then you choose the people you believe will give the answers that you want. That way you get the result that you want, by asking a minimal percentage of the people you have chosen.

It does depend on the poll and sometimes who carries it out, that's why this site is by far the best. It takes the averages of dozens of the latest polls and gives a far better picture of the true percentages. Currently Biden has a 43% approval rating. Trump at the same time of his presidency was 38.6% https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/biden-approval-rating/ 1

The POTUS or any person with a powerful job really should have a better memory . Like, he cannot even remember going to Ireland , so he wouldn't be able to remember what was spoken about . "Joe, how did the meeting go with the Irish PM" "Which meeting was that , when did I meet him" "When you went to Ireland" "When did I go to Ireland"

I try to ignore most polls, as I am a disbeliever in the results, due to the fact that they can be manipulated to get the desired result, by whoever commissions the poll. As an example there are polls running in Thailand saying that the UTN and the BJT are doing very well at he same time that there are polls saying both parties are in the also rans. Which one is correct?

I also was a friend of a Prime Minister at a later time, and she said that her "advisors" knew which journalists were going to be problematic, and often asked for their questions beforehand. One more snippet of information for you.........during this media training you are trained never to fully answer the question put to you, but your main aim is to put across what you and your organisation have done, highlighting the positives, with perhaps a slight reference to the question at the very end of your answer. So always get your positives across/what you want to say, is the mantra. Sounds like snow job training to me.

They make fun of Trump because he acts like passing a dementia screening test is a bigger deal than getting invited to join Mensa. The reason Biden won't do it is a basic political risk calculation. The potential damage of getting one or two questions wrong would be much more serious than just not doing it. That might make the Let's go Brandon brigade bonkers but such types would never vote for him anyway. 270 electoral votes. Hanaguma
I agree, the title of the thread is a misnomer. Biden's protection can't be 'back' because it never left. He has always been coddled, even as VP. "Just Joe being Joe", "he's just a gaffe machine", the usual deflections. It is harder to do now, with his shortcomings and health failings becoming more apparent. He has yet to do an interview with any major newspaper. No press conference in nearly 6 months. It couldn't be more obvious. 1
