Touring it.

Yep, simply getting O&A, that Asian flare, so different than all those years in USA, unless visiting ChinaTown in any large metro.   Then same same, not that different ????

IF visiting other countries in N America (not Canada), then same same as TH, not that different, as economic and income disparity, provides the same environment as here.  Mexico, Caribbean having the same local vibe, just people look different, non Asian and food a bit different.

Maybe I should say touring the rest of the Thailand.

Not cities, I hate cities.

Getting on a scooter at age 68, having never ridden one before.

I have dual Thai and Australian motorbike and car licences.

I'm still here accident-free, so I must be doing something right.

You have a driver?

I drive myself. Perhaps you are under the impression I got dual licences just to frame them.

And here's me thinking stupid questions don't exist.

Also avoid the TH metro areas, unless visiting daughter at Krung Thep.

And here's me finding out that senses of humour rarely exist. Enjoy your travels.

Sneer humor might rate with you, it doesn't with me. I'll bet you enjoyed Seinfeld.

Nice town hey.

Yeah OK and liked my oldie place I stayed at for 350.

200 metres from lake.

Had some beers in bar/restaurant overlooking the lake.

Nice roads out that way.

Will be doing a bike trip again there sometime for sure.
