Leaving USA ? Be aware of 30% tax....
As Jingthing already pointed non-U.S. citizens can receive social security....many, many do. They just need to have worked/resided in the U.S. for the required number of years. Heck even a non-U.S. citizen spouse who lived in the U.S. for at least 5 years with their US citizen spouse can get a spousal social security pension even if the non-U.S. citizen never worked/paid social security taxes. The law has been that way for many years. -

Deadlocked Between Trump and Harris in NBC News Poll as Election Approaches
Trump won - why not close the thread? -

Liberal Meltdown Thread
These threads are being overrun by low IQ, hysterical idiots. They were so sure that Trump was going to be beaten they crowed for weeks before the election. Now they are melting down and repeating appalling conspiracy theories. They all have one unifying and exceptional talent, they are outstanding at being wrong. The ignore button is essential here. -

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part II
I no longer know the details of who provides it.... but there is a Thai government department that will provide a list of entry/exit dates for Thai citizens. We needed this document for my Thai wife when we imported our household goods when moving to Thailand in 2020. Perhaps that same department can provide the dates for you. We did have to send the two most recent passports for my wife to the customs broker and they looked after getting the appropriate document. Sorry I can't provide more details than the above. -

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part II
Good suggestion. I restarted an old thread on Canada/Thai DTA with THAT EXACT SUGGESTION in mind - but the interest was pretty minimal - not surprising I think, as there are not that many Canadian expats in Thailand. -

Letitia James is told what time it is.
“Listen here, sweetheart,” Davis continued, addressing James. “We’re not messing around this time and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights. I promise you that.” Don't threaten, just do it. The Left let the Lawfare Genie out of the bottle. Stuff it back in and plug it with Leftie AGs and prosecutors so tightly that it is never again removed for going after US "political enemies" on either the Left or the Right. -

Immigration - totally useless
I certainly do not regard myself as you describe. Fact is you posted your experience re new passport. I have never read anything that mirrors that. As for my rejections for online reporting, that involves CW. From various reports over time it seems that online reporting at CW more problematic than some other offices. Recent report of approval in under 50 minutes regional office. Seems to me this is perhaps automatic approval. This thread is about online reporting.
