The EverMaskers - “The people who may never stop masking”
Many people were brainwashed by the COVID propaganda. And in the USA and for some people, wearing a mask was a political statement. You instantly became a member of an"elite" group of know-it-alls. And you can guess who they voted for. I was there during COVID, but fortunately, no one could make me do anything. I wasn't working. I kept a mask in my car for my daily trip to the grocery store, not because I was paranoid, but to make the grocery store people happy. I could put on a mask for the 10 minutes I spent in the store. Many restaurants were closed for a time. Even the guy who cut my hair closed his shop. But later in 2020, things began to open back up. Many restaurants opened. To enter those places, you needed a mask, at least until you sat down to eat. It was hilarious. As if the virus magically disappeared as soon as you were seated. Here's a picture inside a Twin Peaks restaurant, taken in September of 2020. See the Blue taped X's on some of the tables? That was their solution to the virus problem. Every other table had a big X on it. You couldn't sit there. I think you sit at the bar, though. They also did away with menus you could hold in your hand. Instead, they had QR codes on the table, and you were supposed to pull up the menu from the code and look at it on your phone. -

Trump Mocks France Over WWII Commemorations, Urges Greater U.S. Recognition
It is. But is TV. Simplified, dumbed down and visual. 6 month battles in 60 minutes. Well as boring as that is, yes, but usually just as a source from historian that quotes it. -

One Big Beautiful Bill? More Like One Big Bloody Oversized Stich-Up, Bruv
"By analysing policy options previously touted by Republicans to reduce Medicaid funding, non-partisan think tank the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that the latest proposals could cut the number of people eligible for coverage by around 8.6 million over the next decade and result in up to 13.7 milllion Americans losing their health insurance by 2034.' https://www.clinicaltrialsarena.com/news/republicans-proposed-medicaid-cuts-met-with-dismay/?cf-view Now that's an awful lot of 'illegal immigrants' who someone else has pointed aren't even covered by Medicare nor SS (https://crr.bc.edu/the-truth-about-immigrants-medicare-and-social-security/). You don't seem to be like many of the more fervant Trump fans on this site who don't deal with facts and figures but you really need to stop drinking the Koolaid and get better informed. He promised not to touch Medicaid/Medicare and here we have it in black and white. From the same article:- 'Commenting on the bill, the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) expressed “deep concern” over the proposed plans, stating that they would ultimately limit coverage and access to care for “many of the over 70 million Americans – specifically children, older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those in rural and underserved communities – who rely on Medicaid for health care coverage”
