Chaos Erupts as Army Sergeant Fires Gunshots More Than 10 Times Due to Lack of Parking Space

If he does have a permit for the gun it should be taken away.  People like this should not be allowed to own guns.  Not that it would stop him from getting one illegally I guess.  But it would be another charge if he did it in the future.

What is really bad is that he has done this previously and apparently nothing happened to him.

So security hears gunshots.  So instead of contacting the police first they call the manager or whoever.  I’m wondering what the next step would have been if there was no response calling.
And this is a serious ongoing issue with no appropriate action .
But not really surprising.

And where does the overflow park... how far away?

No over flow car park... the apartments ar within an enclosed village area.

Double or triple parked, mornings are a blast literally horns going off waking people up to come move their cars so others can go to work.

Security now have a set of roller/wheels/jacks to put under cars and move them around.
There are 14 buildings each with 45 apartments.
Car allocation adjacent to each apartment is 9 spaces.
Others double/triple park on the road in or anywhere they can stop.
