Not surprising at all lots of good paying civilian jobs available we haven’t been attacked (yet) no really strong draw for anyone to join up.That being said if it hits the fan America will be there!

Well, being a person who values life, especially my own.  I'd be inclined to join when all is well in the world!

 

The military used to have a lot of foreign recruits who were then given the option of citizenship.   As I recall, Trump threw many of them out of the military and sent them back to their country of origin.
