That's usually how it works - the rulers [everywhere] have no flaws. 

.....and almost always accepted.

The years stated in the article encompass part of the Yingluck tenure as PM.

been associated with the way of life of Thai people or is said to be part of Thai culture. When the

problem is bound to the Thai society. The result is that some Thai people see that corruption is

corruption. It is normal and acceptable.
