Soi Adam Residents in Pattaya Hope For Their Street Sign to be Repaired

Pattaya, Thailand-Recently, residents of Soi 10/1 on South Pattaya Road, more commonly known locally as Soi Adam, contacted The Pattaya News hoping to get their street sign restored.

 

According to local residents, who asked for their names to be withheld, the sign has been missing for quite some time after road construction work in the area.

 

Residents have tried to reach out to City Hall to replace the missing sign but stated that so far they have not seen any action.

A wire brush and gold paint should cover it.. 200,000 baht okay?

I think the point made by the article is that the one in the photo has gone missing.  That was due to the construction folks removing it and not replacing it. Maybe they thought it looked unsightly and with the construction being done the city would replace it.......of course that's my view on the article.

It looks perfectly natural in its surroundings it matches the areas patina just needs a pointing arrow to Eve street ????

It will be replaced when they've finished Thepprasit Road; and 2nd Road; and Beach Road; and Sukhumvit.

Whoever took that photo must know where it is ,

 

this reminds me of a bandstand/rotunda in NZ that had musical notes ???????? around it, that read the tune of the national anthem, the council took them down for a re-paint, they then put them back in no particular order.
