Regardless of where the stuff came from, I find it quite incredulous that an ex and possible future POTUS can openly accuse the current POTUS of taking cocaine, without an iota of evidence to substantiate his claim. I mean, anywhere else in the western world this would be seen as serious slander and would constitute an immediate apology and/or resignation but are Americans so impervious to this mans' nonsense they now just accept anything he says now? Are identity politics so ingrained now in the US that all civility, honesty and decorum have essentially fallen by the wayside, with one side (as I mainly see it coming from Trump and the GOP) literally tossing around any nonsense or allegation they deem fit without a single shred of evidence to back up their ridiculous claims?

And so many still want this man to be the next POTUS. It really is a sad state of affairs. 

   

 

Trump is a desperate cornered rat who will say and do anything to try and deflect from all of his very real problems.  The sad thing is that after 6 ++ years of grifting and lying and blaming everyone he has hired and fired, everyone he has ever met or seen or read about, that there are still millions of America that apparently hang on his every word and every tweet. 

 

I get it that most of them hate Biden and all democrats but surely they could find another republican that is not on the verge of likely being convicted on a variety of crimes and is bat shxt crazy to support?  Sometimes most normal adult people can understand you have to cut your losses and move on.

Ok stoner, lets rule out the president, the 6,000 visitors includes staff, heads of state, overseas diplomatic visitors. The actual tourist visitors only go to the White House Visitor Center and sure, they already have a strict clearance system.

security needs to be looked at and changes are required. this incident just highlights that. 

 

what if the powder was something else ? what if someone had died ? yes i know they are what if but they are valid when taken in context of this subject. it is not normal. it is different. it is the white house..... not a frat house. 

 

there can be no mistakes when the security of the white house and president are concerned.

Agreed. Finding a small bag of cocaine needs to be investigated to find the owner and see if there is anything that can be done to avoid it happening again.

I would surely hope that the bag had not been touched by too many folks, and they could dust it for fingerprints in order to narrow the suspect down.  One also has to wonder if, with all of the ongoing issues with the court and hunters case, if someone did not plant it there in order to stir things up even more........just a view as a former LEO where I investigated a few cases where evidence had been planted to try and make someone appear not so stellar.

            Of course Trump is going to comment on this, isn't that what politicians do generally ?, one side messes up and the otherside makes a meal of it and scores a few political points.

           I remember they tried to have Trump hung , drawn , and quartered j for stuff he said in a private conversation in a golf course locker room years before he took office.

             Bidens son is a known drug user and the fruit generally does not fall far from the tree, both should be cavity searched every time they enter or leave the Whitehouse, there is no valid reason for them not to be

What is the issue with cocaine in the white house anyway ? is it just the technicality of illegality ? or is it something to do with a worry that major decisions with far reaching global consequences could be made by somebody whose judgement was affected by intoxication.

If that is the case surely every bottle of alcohol should be removed,  and what about where judgement is affected by senility ? no problems regarding that obviously.

Trump started it in the OP. That's what this topic is about. He's got a lot of MAGA followers who believe every word he says. The poster you are referring to said its his view based on previous professional experience only but you missed that out, you could debate that or dismiss it. Trump did not qualify his statement.

I don’t think we need conspiracy theories just yet. 
 

just follow the CCTV footage it should be easy to see how it got there.

 

funny how people get caught bringing coke onto planes but no problem getting it into the White House.

Its possible that could have happened. More than happy to express my views on that while the investigation is ongoing, all our views are currently speculative and none of us has evidence just as Trump has none, although one poster here is already wanting to see both Joe and Hunter body searched including cavities....lol
