Unlike toothpaste with fluoride or fluoride rinses, these products are swallowed and ingested by infants and toddlers. They have also never been approved by the FDA. Ingested fluoride has been shown to alter the gut microbiome, which is of magnified concern given the early development of the gut microbiome in childhood. Other studies have suggested an association between fluoride and thyroid disorders, weight gain and possibly decreased IQ." -

Tramadol may make you feel better about being in pain, but it does next to nothing to alleviate pain. At end stage cancer the only thing that is going to make a difference are opioids. Doctors giving paracetamol for cancer is inhuman. The lack of effective palliative care in Thailand is a disgrace. Thai elites are so worried about morphine "being abused" that, like fentanyl patches, they make the drug difficult to impossible to obtain - then hand you a bottle of paracetamol for end stage cancer. It borders on sadistic. -

The options offered are irrelevant thank you. I am enquiring about about what will be accepted as proof of income. My bank can supply a print out of one years entries showing pension from UK arriving every month, I can also get a printout from Wise.com showing monthly transfers, and my pension administrators supply a yearly statement including tax deductions and a foercast of what they intend to pay to me each month. also UK Tax authorities supply an annual report of the income and tax for the tax year just ended and an estimate for the coming year. I can supply all these. But I do not want to go to Immigration with a lot of unnecessary paper. Immigration themselves have only given vague and evasive answers so far. A report from a member who has obtained an extension by this method recently is what i need. -

dying from cancer at home in Thailand
I knew a guy a few years back now, got himself a carer full time, she was able to live in and he gave her a car, food included, he wasn't that bad and was able to get to hospital when needed, all she had to do was keep the house clean and cook and make sure he took his medicine, As I said he wasn't that bad or didn't appear to be, but all of a sudden he died one morning, no drama's -

Haha. Thanks. Very refreshing. More than an icecube on my tongue. Give this old man a break. He has to take his globe and find out where Turkey is. Just before he got Thanksgiving in his mind. Wasn't it something to eat?? Turkey? And now to meet there? Where? He seems to be confused, disorientated, (dement). I'm not sure he can remember what he did or said the day before. But he's good to give the (dangerous) clown for the world and will give a chuckle to Putin.
