If the biden administration and their DOJ are unable or unwilling to enforce current firearm laws, there is no point whatsoever in making new ones.

Ahh if he pleads to a felony gun charge he won’t be allowed to own a gun as far as the rest hunter withdrew his plea because they had the understanding that the harassment on this would stop

How is law enforcement going after a serial law breaker "harrassment"?

I am wondering how many Americans are allowed to drive their cars at almost 200mph while smoking crack? Not many that's for sure.

"Hunter Biden picked up his phone to snap a picture while driving at an incredible 172mph on a highway outside Las Vegas, DailyMail.com can reveal.

He was racing his Porsche 911 to Sin City on August 1, 2018 for an encounter with multiple prostitutes when he took a snap of his dashboard showing how fast he was speeding.

The picture was found on the First Son's abandoned laptop."

All the crimes on the laptop. Biden's weaponzed DOJ just try hiding all running out the clock on these crimes. If they haven't got the stones to take on these simple cases like driving at almost 200mph while smoking crack it is a hopeless situation.

Got to give ole Hunter credit for being a party animal.

The impeachment will be over the depth of Joe Biden's involvement in the influence peddling and bribery schemes. Hunter will have neough trouble with his tax evasion, gun crimes, prostitution/human trafficking, and FARA violations to be busy for a while.

Then the President should be impeached.   I am ready and eager also. When can we proceed?

Has covered what topic? I've never seen a report anywhere that says Joe Biden inflicted some sort of damage on his son.

Can you go back and see where you did this?????????  To a portion of my comment?
Now look at what you texted above^^

They have nothing in common.

You mean Joe Biden allegedly scarring his son would not be damaging? Were these presumably emotional scars created without inflicting emotional damage? How would that work?

On topic, Hunter & the Fed felony firearm charge.  We bit of research, very we bit ... but, it seems anything less than a 10 month sentence, will need some explaining to do.

So the judge telling them to come up with a Plan B, seems to be appropriate.  Also consider, though not sure, Hunter is not a 'felon'.   That would make a huge difference.

"Penalties for Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Under federal law, the crime of Felon in Possession of a Firearm is a Class D felony, punishable by up to ten years in prison, three years of supervised release, and $250,000 in fines.

Under the United States Sentencing Guidelines, a person convicted of Felon in Possession of a Firearm would be assigned a base offense level between 12-26, which carries a guideline ...

...range of 10-78 months in prison...

before taking into account any mitigating or aggravating circumstances.

As of 2016, the average federal sentence imposed for Felon in Possession of a Firearm fell between 46-75 months in prison."

Hornsby Law Firm

As far as Tax issue goes, nobody goes to jail for not paying taxes, unless circumstance dictate.

I owed $70k+ one year, and didn't even file.  Jail was never mentioned during 'negotiations' to pay.

He owed a wee bit more, but unless doing something extremely scrupulous, jail shouldn't even considered.  It's not like he refused to pay it, simply not in a timely manner ????

"According to the tax Information, Hunter Biden received taxable income in excess of $1,500,000 annually in calendar years 2017 and 2018.  Despite owing in excess of $100,000 in federal income taxes each year, he did not pay the income tax due for either year. "

Not a fan of the Bidens, but it does seem to be a bit of selection prosecution on the tax issue, unless I'm missing something.

They have been looking for evidence for years and come up empty.  What makes you think that's about to change?

A DOJ change of tack with less obstruction and slow-walking.
