Dissolute teenagers in Pattaya vandalized the Chak Nok Public Park in Soi Thung Klom-Tan Man, spray painting on rocks and chopping down trees for fun.

The Chak Nok Public Park, managed by the Nong Prue Municipality, is usually opened to the public for exercise and relaxation, featuring large decorative stones and various species of trees. However, it recently has became a popular late-night hangout spot for teenagers in Pattaya.

Yesterday, July 27th, in the middle of the night, a large group of youngsters aged 14-18 years old gathered at the park overnight to cause a public disturbance. Nearby villagers complained to The Pattaya News that they heard the group carelessly revving up their motorbike engines for no apparent reason.

This kind of behaviour happens all over the world as does the behaviour of the police who seem to concerntrate their efforts into catching drivers.

Start an "all over the world" thread, this is about bored, wayward youth in Pattaya! ????

Last time I looked we weren't in the 'All of the world thread' either!.

'This happens everywhere' comments are dullard responses..

Just take away their wheels. Teenagers hate walking. Parents who let their kids ride around with no licenses , no insurance , helmets etc should have the bikes confiscated and sold off.

Alternatively , the police could do some policing. How radical would that be.

As above and six months in an army camp.

That vid is hilarious, that young girl flapping her arms in panic, maybe thought she could literally fly away, 4 on a bike all crashing into each other.  :cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:

No helmets of course, RTP as useless as normal.

I live on route 36 just outside Pattaya, 7 nights a week the motorbike racing starts at around 8pm and continues into the early hours. Route 36 is a major road, but the cops don't know it's happening????

Not in Singapore. I'm a great supporter of the cane for such offenses. Being nice to rat bag teenagers doesn't work.
