On a re-entry permit for marriage extension when original visa was a Non-Immigrant type O?

I can only find info for OA and OX.

Covid? What is that? Have not thought a out the dreaded virus for awhile. At least since I left the house and saw a dozen people with masks on. It just does not enter my mind.

No insurance 

No vax certificate

Covid insurance for entry hasn't been required for over a year....longer than when you must have left on a re-entry permit?

Thanks for the replies, I just wanted to be sure.

 

on the Thai Embassy website and evisa site it says insurance is mandatory when applying for O-A and O-X, but I’m not doing that.
