They just want to know what they get or they won't vote for the PM and switch tactics to get back into the money grab

Regardless, it is the party's "Whip" (albeit not prescribed in the Constitution or rules of parliamentary proceedings) that controls the vote of other members  in their party and continues with other parties to carry out the parliamentary performance smoothly.  https://library.parliament.go.th
