Interactive Brokers Withdraw to K-Bank?

Featured Replies

Another newbie wiring question about IBKR as I am trying to set it up.

What's the best way to wire cash from IBKR USD to K-Bank THB account in Thailand? I was thinking of using IBKR to Wise then onto KBank which I have done, but I notice IBKR allows a direct link to K-Bank set up BUT only if I input a Correspondent Selection bank SWIFT code along with the K-Bank SWIFT code - which I don't know yet.  Anyone know if this direct way works, should I ask bank or is it simpler/cheaper to keep using the two step Wise route where Wise takes care all the forex rates?

Cheers

Stick with Wise,no unexpected exchange rate or extra fees to worry about.
