Sure wish such quantity of creatine was not required to be effective. It's like having a mouthful of sand when the tide comes up after a rough night. (Don't ask!)

Any ideas on making it more palatable?

Mix it with cacao or milo or chocolate protein powder.

Just mix it with whatever you like. I do not mind just mixing it with glass of water, but normally using a blender mix it with protein and a chunk of fruit of season.

Currently chomping on this that the wife whipped up for breakfast this morning, the obvious vegetables & tofu w/ rice vinegar, sesame oil and sesame seeds. Requested wakame in the next batch…

If at Hua Hin, highly recommend JJ Motorbike. Tasty and inexpensive.

One of the wife's favorites, and yea, that's different from the usual version.

And again, without carbs. Hard to pass up, 114 THB (69 + 45 (x bacon 3)

And that's real OJ

That's a tough one...........pork a l'orange..?

Porridge with hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, apricots, raisins, sultanas, and ginger boiled in milk, with apple juice and water.

Weetbix, Allbran, yogurt, milk and a coffee.

Aussie kids love Weetbix.😄

No toast and Vegemite todayon a diet.😢

Yoghurt and Müsli

Homebaked sour dough bread with slices of cheese

Pieces of different fresh Thai fruits

Home made healthy smoothie

Coffee

Varmed up my pork stew from yesterday and toasted some bread in my 25l häfele airfryer.

Pork stew.... Pig leg boiled two hours with hole black pepper, two onion, 1 carrot, cube of pork stock, big pitch of salt, 3 potatoes.

My 54 year GF is a chef and she loved it

Bacon or Cumberland Sausages, 2 scrambled eggs with slice cheese, slice of Sourdough toast with plenty of butter, and coffee with sugar & half and half.

I have been having this every days for many years. Never get bored.

Muesli I have put together myself, oats, wheat flakes, almonds, raisins, seeds, with home made yoghurt. Self squeezed OJ. Peanut butter and strawbeery jam on nice thick toast, all home made. And a mugfull of Taylor's Yorkshire tea. My Mrs always asks do I not get bored, the answer being no. Now and then I will do a bowl of porridge with banana and honey and cinnamon.

I pick at fruit and nuts all day, and have my eggs or other protein around 2pm, then that's it for the day.

Seems it would be easier to just put all that in a blender and chug it, it would at least save some wear and tear on the rickety teeth.

Anyway, just a good kickass cup of coffee for me this morning.

You are assuming that I have a blender, and rickety teeth.

Just the thought of blending it all together makes me sick, there would be no mouth-feel which is very important to give enjoyment. I ate food like that when I was six months old, with milk of course. Or it's like stuff they would serve up in an elderly persons home.

When do you eat your first food after the coffee?

Weetbix is my usual breakfast with 2 x toast and a cup of coffee, but once a week I have chorizo sausages, hash browns, black pud, white pud and baked beans, 2 x toast + coffee.
