Marijuana and Alcohol Fueled Brutal Fight: Drunk Biker Stabs Girlfriend

BANGKOK: - A heavily intoxicated young motorcyclist engaged in a violent altercation with his girlfriend. The dispute turned fatal as he grabbed a sword and viciously attacked her in their city center apartment, located near Wat Phraya Krai.

 

The father of the wrongdoer revealed that his offspring had consumed a substantial volume of both marijuana and alcohol before the occurrence, reported Daily News.

 

A 24-year-old female, the target of this incident, bore various wounds, notably including five profound lacerations on her head, face, throat, and upper limbs. Investigative officers stumbled upon the weapon responsible for the homicide, a sword measuring two feet in length, situated in the immediate vicinity of the scene.

 

Initially, the individual under scrutiny, evidently under the sway of substances, displayed resistance towards being captured and even ventured an effort to strangle himself.

 

 Law enforcement controlled him and later took him into custody for questioning.

 

The father disclosed that his son's aggressive behavior was exacerbated by his drug and alcohol use. The couple's argument escalated due to jealousy, as the young man suspected his girlfriend of infidelity.

 

The police have charged the assailant with murder and will continue the investigation once he sobers up.

Not sure anyone's capable of doing this because of large amounts of marijuana, so probably just the booze and jealousy.

 

Why would the writer write 'upper limbs' instead of 'arms'? And then follow it up by 'two feet' in length, when 'twenty four inches' in length is longer... yes I'm being pedantic. ????????????

More likely yaba + lao khao.

 

Using legal intoxicants like cannabis and alcohol as an "excuse", by the parent, is not a defense.

 

If he was consuming cannabis he would have forgotten where he placed his sword.

 

 

There haven't been many scary cannabis stories in a long time.

 

With the new government coming soon, these stories seem to be on the rise. Curious.

...and fallen down the stations stairs a few times, tripped and bumped his head on the bars some, and accidentally hit a dozen officers fists with his face.

Pathetic and ill informed people attempting to use Cannabis as an excuse for a violent attack, and I don't use any of these substances, but I am aware of them and their effects from my younger days.

 

More likely a case of the usual methamphetamine and cheap Thai whisky will probably be the root cause coupled with Thai males and fragile egos.

 

It shows a certain ignorance naivety blaming them on Cannabis use when those making these claims probably have no idea of the effects of cannabis, but are attempting to use it as an excuse because the substance is trendy as a topic and recently in the news a lot.
