I believe many Thai government agencies, the Royal Thai Army, NGO's, state-owned enterprises and utilities, state operated transportation systems, Thailand political parties (ie., PTP), religious organizations (ie., Buddhist temples like Wat Phra Dhammakaya), etc, have Facebook accounts.

They'll be shutdown?

Because it is. Fact checkers that do not know facts, as proved recently in a court in America when Farcebook admitted fact checking was just an opinion.
