CHONBURI, Sept 12 (TNA) – The Pattaya 4-Region Floating Market has reopened its doors to tourists once again after the fire incident on Sept 7.

 

 The management expresses gratitude to the tourists who flocked to the market on the first day, bringing joy to the vendors who are determined to carry on.

 

Both Thai and foreign tourists have been steadily arriving, engaging in various activities such as sampling local cuisine, taking boat rides to explore the market, and enjoying cultural performances within the market.

Well, so much for all the news reports stating it was 'destroyed' by fire, 'devastated' by fire, 'severely damaged' by fire, etc. 

Yeah I saw that. Misreportage most likely. Thought it would not reopen until next year.
