Popular Post webfact
A CANNABIS network yesterday (Sep. 22) urged Public Health Minister Chonlanan Srikaew to clearly define what a planned draft bill on cannabis and hemp would mean in saying it is to be for medical and health purposes only because if traditional medical practitioners are cut out it could lead to conflicts, TV Channel 7 said. After the liberal marijuana policy became effective on June 9, 2022 possessing and using all parts of cannabis plants, including flowers and seeds, are now allowed. However, extracted content remains illegal if it contains more than 0.2% of the psychoactive ingredient that produces a “high” — tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC. Mr. Prasitchai Noonuan, secretary-general of Writing Thailand’s Cannabis Future network, pointed out that marijuana has been used by local medical practitioners to treat patients for hundreds of years but when it comes analysing its use it is modern medical doctors who are asked to undertake the task with most of them disliking it. “If Dr Chonlanan only asks modern medical doctors to define marijuana conflicts will occur. This isn’t just a fight over marijuana but also about squeezing out local knowledge time and again. by TNR Staff TOP: Cannabis leaves and plants. True, but not all countries have legalised uncontrolled THC level gunga for sale, and pressure could be put on them from someone who grew plenty of it b4 it became legalised, it's making some up the ladder very rich, and it's a bold move to try and reverse it now, as big jokes car was installed with Aircon one day, free, would be an example of their generosity.

Popular Post daveAustin
It’ll piss a lot of people off if it is flippantly reversed. Not just ordinary, normal folk just enjoying their lives, but people right up. Thailand likes to think it is all grown up and stable when talking economics etc, but is proper banana republic when it makes swift flip-flop changes. Almost childlike. 4 1 1

Here in Thailand where monopolies rule it will become just like Craft Beer where only 2 families can sell marijuana (for medical or recreational use). 6

Seriously? Just about ANY of the little medical centers will sell you valium at a VERY reasonable rate. The same ones that will write you a prescription for just about anything you want. Even when Xanax was elevated in drug level of seriousness, all it did was bump up the price by 5 baht a pill. 3 1

Popular Post JBChiangRai
The problem is recreational use. Recreational use has never been legal. They removed it as a narcotic providing THC content less than 0.2% and Anutin himself couldn't have been clearer at the time, as he said to CNN... Thai Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said he expected legal cannabis production to boost the economy but cautioned that recreational use of the drug remains illegal. “It’s a no,” said Anutin, who is also a deputy prime minister. “We still have regulations under the law that control the consumption, smoking or use of cannabis products in non-productive ways.” Thailand just decriminalized cannabis. But you still can't smoke joints, minister says | CNN The problem is growers and shops didn't listen and followed one another like lemmings. 1 2

Popular Post bamnutsak
There may be a shift away from THC to Hemp and CBD, based on the Cannabis and Hemp Act being re-considered in Parliament. Currently Cannabis (THC or CBD or 1:1) is only approved as a treatment for 4 symptoms: 1) nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy 2) difficult-to-treat epilepsy 3) spasticity in multiple sclerosis 4) nervous system pain and assessed that it might benefit 6 symptoms: 1) Parkinson's 2) Alzheimer's 3) Multiple Sclerosis 4) Anxiety 5) End-stage cancer 6) Other diseases of terminally ill patients. And additional research is required in 1 case: cancer. 23 minutes ago, JBChiangRai said: The problem is recreational use. Recreational use has never been legal. At higher levels cannabis operates like alcohol. You feel happier, but are usually quite bombed. Very difficult to function at that point. 2
