The Chalong Police told the Phuket Express that on Sunday (September 24th) they arrested Mr. Duangwan Sawangjit, 42 from Ubon Ratchathani. He was arrested at a hut in Soi Wassana, Rawai. Seized from him was cannabis, cannabis cookies, cannabis brownies, and cash, altogether valued at about 227,000 baht, or over 6000 USD.
