The no money method was 25,000 Another agent quoted 10,000 for non-imm O + 12 month extension but with the caveat of no guarantees. I assume that was because they suspected IO might still ask for their cut for every agent submission. This agent also strongly suggested it'd be better to do oneself if you have 800k seeded. Get it right mate, as per OP it's an initial apication so 3 visits to immigration with "a few dozen other smelly foreigners" ????
