Hat Nappharat Thara-Mu Ko Phi Phi National Park in Krabi witnessed an impressive surge in its yearly revenue, exceeding 270 million baht (US$7.47 million). This financial leap has resulted in the park becoming Thailand’s highest-grossing national park.

As Thailand prepares for the influx of tourists during the high season in the following month, Ratchanok Paenoi, the park’s chief, has reported the park’s ascension to the most popular spot among this year’s marine national parks.

There has been a notable increase in the park’s revenue, from 72.5 million baht during the same period last year to 276 million baht (US$7.6 million) from October last year to last month. This financial growth is attributed to the park’s entry fees collected from the 1.1 million visitors.

Furthermore, the park’s e-ticket system reported a 46% rise in the entry fees collected the previous month, according to Ratchanok.
