It is for CONTINUING EDUCATION purposes. The 100+ people are nominated to attend education with international educational institutions, seminars with experts, and meetings to share ideas. It takes people who can benefit from outside guidance and skill upgrades. The fact is that the woman is PM of a large country, and rather than yell at her that concepts may be inappropriate, coaching and training will be given to offer alternative options or better ways of doing things. It is no different than a company that upgrades the skills of its workers, or my professional continuing education requirements. The great thing about this format is that she will be with her peer group, people who have similar issues and pressures. Read the intent of the educational program. The joke is the people who are criticizing without understanding that the program is intended to help the nominees do a better job. -

Harvard University resists
Quite a lot. Harvard can thank its political activist feminists and socialists for creating an environment that is oppressive for students and teaches them useless ideology like "stop and ask for consent before you touch the breast, stop and ask for consent before you kiss", that capitalism is bad and all the other leftists nonsense. Of course Trump only has limited levers against Harvard. A stop to federal funding is one lever. Indeed, if it does not work, he could appropriate endowments by passing legislation. Whatever levers there are they have to be used to bring all these universities back to heel and to focus on what they are meant to do, educate and research. Not peddle third rate leftist ideology. -

Politics, laws, economics, they can all be reversed. Look at the whole trans thing. At first people where willing to make changes in order to try to help trans people feel better. Then, after a while, all the dangers came to light and it became obvious that people weren't acting in good faith and vulnerable people were being harmed or endangered. It took a little bit of time, but gradually people woke up and things started to be put right. And that's just over the last few years. There's very often things that people can do. Even just keeping a dialogue open and voicing your concerns is enough. -
