Room For Rent On Sukumvit Near Emporium

Featured Replies

This is a huge (285 sqm) 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment on Sukumvit Soi 20. This is a central location, close to the Emporium, and a 5 min walk from either the skytrain or the subway. We also have private parking if you have a car/motorbike. Soi 20 has lots of great places to eat, including Indian, vegetarian, and seafood.

The apt has a beautiful Thai redwood interior with high ceilings. It's fully furnished, we have a regular kitchen and a washing machine. We have UBC cable, and wireless high-speed internet access. The available bedroom has its own bathroom with a full-size bathtub, its own balcony, and walk-in closets.

I'm an 33-yr old American, and I've been working in Thailand for 6 years now. I don't smoke or do drugs, and only drink socially. 3 of the rooms are already taken, but I'm looking for another quiet roommate to share this great space.

Rent is 15000 baht, plus electricity, internet, and maid. Deposit is two months. 6 months minimum lease.
