Different Smartphone.
Actually, as pointed out by anther poster - you may be able to get your battery changed out at a local service facility - but thats no guarantee that the rest of the phone is not shot from damage from the overheating battery. Though I assume you have already resolved the issue. -

Looks like a juvenile Ashy Drongo to me though I can't remember which subspecies has the lighter colouring. I'll see if I can track it down. -

Making friends in Thailand is best done where you feel "home", doing activities. If playing pool, dart or golf, thats your "home", then you have fitness, motorbiking/touring, bicycle, chess, gaming, diving, climbing kayaking, sup, or just go and find your breakfest club, you see them every morning to afternoon drinking beer and solving latest world problems on a high level 😉
