The caveat you are unaware of is if Biden faces impeachment trial, then where do the voters shift their preference too. If Trump finds himself in a courtroom (if at all) for Jan 6 and MAL cases, it wont be anytime soon and more likely well after the election in 2024. Both SC Smith's cases are in considerable jeopardy now due to the recent Amicus challenge to his legitimacy which could tank both of his nonsense lawfare cases, and the DOJ wold have to assign a legitimate SC and start over from the beginning and by that time, your president's name will be Trump.
