Every day I see headlines like this:

"Impeachment inquiry threatens Biden with election-year headache."

"The judge overseeing the federal case accusing Donald Trump of interfering in the 2020 election has ordered that it be temporarily put on hold."

Seldom headlines about any actual policies.

It seems to me that Politics is now all about personal vendettas and ceases to be about managing a country to the benefit of its people.

 

Legislation is held to ransom by these vendettas.

 

And are we all becoming "political voyeurs"?

 

 

 

I think it is obvious since many years that the USA is mostly about shows and entertainment.
