No, it´s not a good thing. Same like porn movies is not a good thing. Having sex in public is not a good thing. It no discussion about that it should be seen as disgusting. It´s just that women and men are the natural selection as they can be compatible and productive. All other variations, are just based on the sexual part, which men and women also should do behind closed doors. There is nothing positive with showing either gay sex nor straight sex to our youth, more than maybe in school for educational reasons. In that case they should show the thing that are the stright way. Side road each and everyone can find by themselves later in life.

You're in a minority, my post was approved on a ratio of 7 to 1 at this moment.

 

We are not talking about hardcore porn, there is none of that gay or straight out there.  We are talking about gay scenes in general.  Being gay is perfectly normal and we need to remember that.  I find the romantic attraction of two handsome guys in a romantic setting equally as pleasing as the same with straight actors.  It's all about the setting and how well the scene comes across.

 

For most people, it's not about being 100% gay or 100% straight, there's a whole spectrum out there.  How many of us can honestly say we don't find ladyboys attractive? And I am sure several of AN members have been with one, though they are unlikely to admit it.

Yes, it has an inpact on the youth of today. They finally learn that it is okay to be gay when they are born that way. Very few will act or turn gay if they are born straight. So, what is the idea behind the extinction of the world population when children see that it's okay to be gay???? There are still 90% of straight people, never learned to count at your school?

There are sex acts that people do that may be disgusting to some. It's not necessarily homophobic.

 

Some people suck toes, for example,  and it gets way dirtier than that.

 

Anything involving poop is disgusting to people, and I'd say that's common.

One of the biggest items is the wrong notion that homosexuality is a choice and many US GOP people make this assumption. 

 

Some folks don't like some of the behaviors they see on screen, but that dislike applies to gay, not gay, religious, agnostic, old / young, alcoholic / not aloholic folks and dozens of other categories. 

 

I have a strong dislike of seeing any form of violence on screen (and in real life).

 

Reality is some people are born homosexual and have no interest whatever to have intimate activities with females. That's reality.

 

Also many folks state that it's condemned in the bible. Many researchers over centuries have stated categorically that it's not mentioned at all in the bible.

 

• Also nobody knows what their friends / work colleagues of whoever do in their private life. If their activity is with consenting adults then leave it alone. On the other hand some molest children.

 

Further, nobody knows exactly where the content of the bible comes from and it's accuracy. In fact much of that content is personal opinion rather than proved fact.

Momentarily getting away from this gay preoccupation, I visited with family in the UK recently and noticed how most television adverts portraying the average British family has one or the other parent as either white or black. One, it's either a holiday company or a bank, presents their average mixed-race family as having an obviously gender-fluid child with the other one is Oriental (and neither mum or dad are Oriental).

First! Ladyboys attractive? Are you for real?

After that, I think we are so far away from each other in this discussion. Do not forget that we are at the top of the food chain in the animal kingdom, which means we are to be seen as animals. Some more than others ;-) 

The result out of that becomes a question: If it was perfectly normal to be gay, then why in the world can´t two men reproduce as is the main reason for sex among animals?

That we have evolved and also see sex as a pleasure, does not make it more normal.
