is online booking for CW working?

For appointment for annual renew of Non-O retirement, I click on Make An Appointment but nothing happens. Others experience same?

I just tested it...no problem.

I figured  that after you select Extension Visa for Retirement, you have to click on the selection again before the Make An Appointment button works.

There is also a step to enter your email so they can send you OTP.

I managed to make booking, but unlike in past, the email they sent me with queue ticket did not contain a link where you can cancel or change the booking. On the booking site, I did not readily see way to do this either.

Pls excuse if these are very basic questions. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that if you just start process to make another booking you will be promoted that your existing booking will be cancelled if you continue.

That message may be in Thai.

BTW: don't forget to print out hard copy of your email confirmation. 

Any printing that you overlook can be done at photo/print stall lower level CW
