Bangkok Drugstore seems to have gone belly up

Medisafe Pharmacy is someone i am using for the very 1st time ...getting delivery of my Glaucoma Eye drops tomorrow ( i am in Pattaya) less than half the price i was paying at Fascino,s.

I recently (two weeks ago) opened an account and placed an order.  Unfortunately, due to the method of setting up the account requiring filling out an order form (but not placing order?), my order was incorrect.

 

I contacted their customer service multiple times to change or cancel the order, but they failed to do so.  They just said to place another order.  No, I'm not going to transfer money from my bank account to theirs unless the order is correct.

 

In the meantime, found what I wanted at a local pharmacy.

Just contact a brick and mortar pharmacy you know to be reputable, and have them ship a small ammpunt for personal use
