Intrigue surrounds the visa status of popular Korean YouTubers, P’ Jung and Cullen, as a prominent lawyer’s query ignites discussions on their prolonged stay in Thailand. Recent sightings at the Ministry of Labour add to the mystery.

Following the query by prominent lawyer, Ronnarong Kaewpetch, regarding the visa status of two popular Korean YouTubers in Thailand, P’ Jung and Cullen from the channel 컬렌 Cullen HateBerry, speculations are rife. The lawyer’s what visa are you using? questioning sparked a drama-filled discussion among many, curious about how the Korean duo have managed to stay in Thailand for such a prolonged period, reported Sanook.

Yesterday (January 15), pictures surfaced of P’ Jung and Cullen at the Ministry of Labour, leading many to speculate that they were addressing visa-related issues. Pisong and Cullen have been residing in Thailand for quite some time and have even conducted business in the country.

Fans of the Cullen channel suggested that the pair are likely holding the correct visas, and certainly not tourist visas, as they both have Thai bank accounts and Thai driving licenses. Cullen previously owned a club in Khaosan while P’ Jung is a businessman.

They're better than most. Other popular Thai YouTubers are really annoying; these guys seem pretty normal. They don't try to do things or act outrageous to get views, they're just hanging out doing normal things. The wife watches them all the time.

You do too by the look of things    How sad is that  ?

Their actions and content on youtube are far superior to your actions here.  Live and let live.  You only need concern yourself with yourself.

Oh dear looks like a fan is offended,  aren't you a bit old for that sort of thing.

Quite Some Time, maybe that could be a new visa type. Are we all supposed to guess how long that is.

I don't anything about these two guys but it doesn't seem like they have promoted something insulting to Thais, they don't appear to have physically hurt or killed someone while driving/riding on Thai roads (non nod wink wink)...and if they are on overstay etc. then let immigration sort it out. I would have thought this type situation would be more appropriate in the 'younger set's' magazine(s).

What has this got to do with some Nosy Lawyers?  It's up to Imm to decide what is the right visa .

You worry about a long stay for these two Korean guys how come you’re not worrying about the criminal X Prime Minister who’s been in a luxury suite in the hospital for over 120 days with mysterious illnesses just a day before he landed his private golf spree, 60+ million dollar airplane he was out partying with the head guy in Cambodia and then he comes to Thailand in the next day. He is so sick that he’s put into a luxury suite in the hospital for 120 days once to worry about that stuff, corruption widespread in this country. TIT

Thaksin's story has nothing to do with this thread. Better you would comment that one.🙏

Far better if this "lawyer" queried the rotten state of the judicial system in Thailand.

His fellow lawyers are an utter disgrace. What a prat just looking for attention.

Hardly a topic worthy of news

'likely holding the correct visa and certainly not tourist visas' - seems to suggest that they have business visas. Plenty of people have Thai bank accounts and driving licences but don't have a business visa. I some cases those people certainly DO have tourist visas.

Maybe. Maybe not.

Not hard to imagine some of the posters here are flying under the radar and wondering if they're at risk.

More details would have been helpful.

Believe it, or not; but in the last few days I've heard two Thais, incl. a kid, mumble 'long-term' behind my back, and it had the sound of disapproval. Knowing the average Thai's English proficiency level, I wonder whether such disapproving remarks of "Long-term..." are a reflection of, possibly, recent negative Thai media reporting or discussion...

Two more useless YouTube entrepreneurs.

Maybe you're jealous of their success and the usefulness that millions of their fans find in their videos. This is coming from a person who had to travel 10,000 miles to live like a refugee (year-to-year contract) in a foreign land, possibly using a "wify" visa, and whose voice is only heard in this forum and nowhere else on earth.
