Didn't use the 'optional ingredients'. You'll need about 4 or 5, maybe even 6 lemons depending on size. I had 3 large, and was shy about 20 gr of juice. I used 5 extra large eggs (-0-), 2 whole + 3 yolks. Used salted butter, so skipped the salt ingredient completely Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
